全商品共通で、
・動画配信・生配信（収益化した配信も含む）での利用可能（Allow）。
・再配布・譲渡・再販売はNG（prohibition）。ですので、販売または配布を行うアバターには使用NG（prohibition）。
*個人の方で、自分でアレンジしたものをお友達にプレゼントしたい場合のみ、あげたい友達の人数分の価格を上乗せ（BOOST）して購入していただければ配布を許可します（あげたご友人のみが使用可能で、ご友人がさらにだれかに譲渡したりするのは不可。）
・着用している状態の写真やグッズにしたものの販売・配布は可能(Allow)※法人・団体の場合はお問い合わせください♪
・インディーゲームでの使用OK（Allow）…ゲーム制作に使用する場合のみ、ゲーム内にアロエマートの商品を含んでも販売や配布OK！もしも実装するかたがいたらぜひ教えてほしい♥
※有償・無償問わず他者からの依頼でアバターを作る際には使用不可
（特例で販売用のアバターや代行制作での使用に許可するケース：該当の商品５個分のBOOSTしてくれたら使ってもいいことにしたよ～🎀）

General Terms for All Products:
Allowed: Usage in videos and live streams (including monetized streams).
Prohibited: Redistribution, transfer, or resale. Therefore, these items cannot be used on avatars intended for sale or distribution.
Exception: If you want to gift a customized version to a friend, you can purchase additional copies at the full price for each recipient. (Only the designated friends may use it—further transfers are not allowed.)
Allowed: Selling or distributing photos and merchandise featuring the items in use. If you’re a company or group, just ask me first!
Allowed: Use in indie games—if you're including Aloe Mart items in a game, you are free to sell or distribute the game! Let us know if you do—we’d love to see it ♥
⚠ Not allowed: Using these items when creating avatars on commission (paid or free).
(However, exceptions may be possible with additional fees—feel free to inquire!)
